Spirit of Spring 2016

This year was a big year for the Spirit of Spring Fashion Show and McDougall House, they celebrated there 10th Anniversary. That means ten crazy years of hair, amazing food and even better fashion walking down the runway! This is a show near and dear to all of our hearts at the salon. We look so forward to helping out each and every year and showing off some fun new trending looks all while helping an essential organization from our community, McDougall House!

McDougall House is a recovery house for women. With a simple mission statement, "to provide residential support and to empower women in recovery from addictions through knowledge, awareness and behavioral change, in order that they might choose to live healthy and happy lives" They help these women in every aspect from counselling and goal setting to workshops and twelve step programs.

The Fashion Show featured clothing from Alligator Pie,

Currents Sun and Swimwear, Floc Boutique, Gravitypope,

The Helm, Lilianna's Boutique, Mr. Derk, Sonia's Runway,

United Cycle and Who Cares Wear.

If you have never had the privilege to attend this Show we really recommend it next year. Not only are you helping out a great foundation you are enjoying a three course meal prepared by the staff at the Shaw Conference Centre and having the chance to win some beautiful prizes.
